We had a wonderful time with owner guide Bill.

We had a wonderful time with owner guide Bill. There were 4 in our group and we wanted to see the caves. Bill has a great setup with custom made sleighs that he masterfully pulls with a snow machine. My wife and I are long time Alaskans and we will always remember this tour. Our guests from Minnesota were amazed and delighted. Bill gave us plenty time to take photos and provide us with a wealth of information on the glacier.

I visited the glacier on a recent trip to Alaska and it was a wonderful experience! Our guide Bill was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make our tour fun and entertaining. He spent a great deal of time explaining various aspects of the glacier and was willing to answer all questions. It was such a great day! I would recommend this to anyone.

My family of six are long-time Alaskans

My family of six are long-time Alaskans. We booked a glacier tour with Matanuska Glacier Park, and were so impressed with both the professionalism of their guide and the inspiring grandeur of the glacier itself. We learned more than we ever knew about glaciers in general and the Matanuska Glacier in particular, even after years of driving by it. Our guide was very considerate of the physical limitations of our oldest member, who was in his 80’s, and we had a fabulous tour. I can not recommend taking a guided tour highly enough.

The Matanuska Glacier was an Amazing Adventure

What an amazing adventure! The tour of the glacier is like nothing you have ever experienced. Bill was our tour guide (and amazing photographer) and he was so great at explaining all about the glacier and making sure we got to see everything.
